Join CORPS EN DEVENIR for a Gentle Body Awareness Workshop, designed to help participants reconnect with their bodies, improve posture, and cultivate a sense of calm and presence. This workshop is suitable for all ages and physical abilities and provides practical techniques that can be integrated into daily life.

The session begins with a welcome and introduction where participants are guided through the principles of body awareness and mindful movement. Facilitators will explain how physical sensations connect to emotions and stress levels, offering insight into the benefits of gentle body-centered practices. Participants will be invited to share their personal goals and areas of focus, creating a supportive and personalized environment.

The core of the workshop includes guided movement exercises aimed at increasing body awareness and flexibility. Through slow, deliberate motions, participants will learn to identify tension points, release stiffness, and explore the natural range of motion in joints and muscles.
