The Stress Management Through Mindfulness event is a practical workshop designed to help participants recognize, manage, and reduce stress using evidence-based techniques. Open to all, this session combines mindfulness exercises, guided reflection, and gentle body movements to create a comprehensive stress-relief experience.
The workshop begins with a brief introduction to stress and its impact on the body and mind, where facilitators explain physiological and psychological responses to stress.
